| What we do and who we are Our shop is located at 445 S. Airport Rd W. Traverse City, MI 49686 across from the Cherry Capital Airport. Our costumers can leave their vehicle with us when on business, vacation or travel. We also offer free shuttle service within 30 miles. Locally owned and operated. We know how upsetting it can be when you have an accident. Our quick and smooth process gets you back in your vehicle and on the road safely and economically. Listed below is our high level process from start to finish including estimate, our paint system, and 30 years of friendly helpful and affordable experience. - Our customers will be greeted by our friendly customer service team. Our reception area is clean with comfortable seating and heated/air conditioned. We have bottled water and an in store restroom to help make our customers relax and feel at ease. - We then make a copy of your registration and insurance information, take digital pictures, write estimates using Audatex, and answer any questions/concerns you may have. - We e-mail the estimate and pictures to the insurance carrier and adjuster as needed. This saves time and paper. - We will work closely with the insurance company to get approval and order any necessary parts. - We schedule with the customer and complete the repairs and provide a status to our customer and adjuster. - We clean and detail every vehicle. We use a steam cleaner for damages that warrant additional attention, i.e. roll-overs, spilled coffee due to accident, etc. -We also do collision work, rust work, and all auto body repair. If a vehicle is unsafe or not drivable, there are many car rental places across from our shop and we usually have 2 vehicles to loan for customers if needed. He has 30 years experience, writes estimates and has the most ICAR training. He has chaired the board for Northern Michigan. Larry assisted to instruct and completed the majority of the classes ICAR had available (1997 to 2004). Larry also chairs the board for the local high school Career Tech Center for 19 years. |
